White Phoenix Acupuncture is located in the Foster/Powell neighborhood in SE Portland, Oregon at 6913 SE Foster Rd and across the street from Mt. Scott Mulch.
We have a small parking lot at the corner of 69th & Foster with dedicated spaces for WPA. In addition, there is street parking on Foster and on 69th, and we are served by Trimet line #14.
