White Phoenix Acupuncture is a non-profit clinic located in the Foster/Powell neighborhood of Portland, Oregon and is committed to providing accessible and affordable medicine to all.
We have now opened our Traditional East Asian herbal pharmacy to licensed medical practitioners (acupuncturists, naturopaths, registered herbalists, etc) to help make prescribing easy and without the need to have your own in-house pharmacy. We keep our pricing as low as possible for both the patient and practitioner.
Bulk (Raw) Herbs:
We source herbs from vendors guaranteeing authenticity of species and cleanliness of product to bring you more than 400 herbs in their whole plant, animal, or mineral form.
Our raw bulk herbs are sourced from Spring Wind Herbs, Nuherbs, Harvest Gardens, and Pacific Botanicals.
Granules:
We stock over 385 single herb granules sourced primarily from Blue Poppy and Classical Pearls, as they do not add maltodextrin or other starch excipients. However, no single company carries every herb, so, if an herb is not available from our preferred providers, we source them from either, Legendary Herbs or Evergreen depending on availability. In addition, we stock select granular patent herbal formulas if you prefer.
If you do not see a specific herb or granular formula in our catalogue that you wish to prescribe, please reach out to us. We can usually get it the same day, otherwise, we will see if it is quickly available elsewhere and let you know.

By creating an account, you will have access to our Pharmacy system. It is a HIPAA-compliant, online herbal pharmacy where you can write custom formulas from the comfort of your clinic, have your patients pay for those formulas from their phones or through email, and the system will tell us what to make and where to send it. Our inventory updates in live time, letting you know if something is unavailable or on back order. No more playing phone-tag with the pharmacy trying to get the medicine that your patients need. Customizing your interface, uploading your own templates, ordering patents.

Herbs will be made and shipped once they have been paid for by the patient or by the practitioner. This guarantees that no herbs are made without approval by the payee, reducing our waste, and keeping your prices as affordable as possible.
If your patient is paying, they will receive an email or text link to pay for the formula through our secure payment server.
We will your ship herbs in bulk, granule, or patent form anywhere in the US. Shipping rates are calculated live in the checkout cart and reflect rates based on distance and weight ordered. We use lower-priced shipping from USPS to keep your formulas affordable!
Patients Pay Through Text or Email Don’t make your patients wait for relief
• Once a formula is paid, we make every effort to fill it that day or the next if the order was received after 4 pm.
• We use text and email to send a notification that an order is ready for pick up or has been shipped
Because we use a web-based ordering platform that communicates directly with your patient, there is little lag time in getting an order filled. We don’t have to track down your patient or get them to pick up the phone to receive payment. They do it directly via the text or email link and then we make the formula. It’s hard to treat a problem if it takes 10 days for a patient to get their herbs.
